Students as AI Co-Creators
Design student AI use around questioning, comparison, critique, creation and revision rather than answer collection or invisible ghostwriting.
- Define what the learner owns — Make the human contribution explicit before introducing AI.
- Use AI as something to question — Turn generated output into an object of analysis rather than an answer key.
- Use variation to create judgement — Generate alternatives so students must compare trade-offs rather than accept one output.
- Require transformation, not cosmetic editing — Make students do intellectual work after generation.
- Make contribution and responsibility visible — Use simple disclosure to support reflection, integrity and AI literacy.
